1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Verge Atelier website at vergepatelier.sbs and your engagement with our watch care and inspection services. By browsing our website or contacting us to arrange a service, you agree to these terms as they stand at the time of your visit or enquiry.

Verge Atelier is based at 274 Charoen Krung Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand. If you have questions about any of these terms, please contact us before proceeding.

2. Use of the Website

The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, copy or redistribute content from this website without our written consent

3. Services

Verge Atelier offers three core services. These are described below for reference:

1. Corporate Gifting Preparation — Engraving coordination, presentation setup and pre-delivery checks for watches given as company gifts.
2. Quartz Care & Seal Check — Cell replacement, gasket inspection and a water-resistance pressure check for everyday quartz watches.
3. Pre-Owned Inspection — A written condition report covering movement health, case integrity and likely service needs.

Pricing listed on our website (฿3,500 / ฿6,650 / ฿11,550 respectively) is indicative. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking, following an initial assessment of the watch in question.

We reserve the right to decline a service request if a watch's condition is outside the scope of the selected service.

4. Condition Reports

Condition reports prepared as part of the Pre-Owned Inspection service reflect the findings of our technicians at the time of inspection. These reports are informational in nature and represent our honest assessment based on visible and measurable indicators at that point in time.

We do not make representations about future performance or longevity of any watch. Buyers and sellers should use the report as one input among others when making their own decisions.

5. Customer Responsibilities

When leaving a watch in our care, you confirm that:

• You are the owner of the watch or are acting on behalf of the owner with their knowledge
• The information you provide about the watch is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You will collect or arrange collection of the watch within 30 days of notification that the service is complete

Watches left uncollected beyond this period may incur a storage charge. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any such charge is applied.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care with watches in our workshop, our liability in the event of loss or damage is limited to the cost of repair or replacement at fair market value, as determined by an independent assessment if required.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or faults not identified or noted at intake
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from any delay to a service
• The accuracy or completeness of information submitted through our contact form

Nothing in these terms limits our liability in ways that would not be permissible under applicable Thai consumer protection law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, photography, and the Verge Atelier name — is the property of Verge Atelier or our respective content partners. Reproduction without prior written consent is not permitted.
